How you can return and exchange products?


At DeRuiterDiamonds.nl we do our utmost to offer you a pleasant experience. However, if you - for whatever reason - are not completely satisfied with your chosen and purchased product, you can do that within 14 days of receipt to return it to us.
We ask you to consider your return with the following conditions:

The product must be returned in unworn, undamaged condition. Passing is allowed, of course.
The band or closure of a watch can not be bent.
Watches and clocks and jewelry are best noted returned in the original brand packaging.

When the product is returned to us, we will promptly send another product to you.
If the product is sold out, we will refund the full amount.
If the product that is returned to us is there can be calculated extra costs, if any damaged.
 Article return it for repair under warranty

Send in the case of warranty repair the warranty card / and the invoice with your broken watch. Warranty repairs without warranty card not accepted.

When a product is returned for a refund, we will provide you the full amount (including costs charged for the next mission) as soon as possible and within 14 days of credit to you.
Refunds we process as soon as possible after you have indicated to send the product back to us.
